I had a fantastic time here! The kiddie pool with the pirate ship was a hit with my child, and the varied food options were delightful, especially the seafood. I found the wait times for coffee in the morning quite frustrating.

The lift situation was a major pain point. too many guests vying for too few lifts made getting around annoying. Even with a decent selection of food, I found some dishes unappetizing at times, and the limited Wi-Fi options were disappointing, as you had to pay extra for access in the rooms.

the location was great, super close to the beach! the cleaning staff was fantastic, especially Naty, who always had a smile. the restaurant staff were really nice and helpful. food selection was amazing with lots of variety every day. rooms were kept very clean and towels were changed daily.

the noise from party groups nearby kept us up late at night and it took ages to get help from reception. also, some facilities were outdated and needed fixing.

Just a fine choice for a city holiday in Lloret de Mar with exceptional value. The food quality and selection were really good in the restaurant. Arrive early for breakfast to avoid the long queue.

The family room we had was super spacious, overlooked the pool, and felt fresh. Clean towels every day were a nice touch! Just a heads up, the decor was a bit dated, but it didn’t bother us much. Had a great view and enjoyed the fact that the maid service was on point. a comfy spot to stay during our trip!

Nice stay but could be better!

The rooftop terrace was a hidden gem, super chill with an amazing view. Staff were really friendly and the food had a good variety. the noise at night from the street was pretty annoying and I wish there were more sunbeds by the pool. Wifi charges are a bummer.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Rooms are clean, but some amenities need updating, like the dated decor. Dining was splendid with a fantastic variety and lovely staff. Watch out for noise from partying guests at night, though. Nice atmosphere overall, but some areas could benefit from improvement.
